Terms of Service

1. Who We Are

Jengga Shopping is a global e-commerce and procurement platform offering consumer products (beauty, fashion, and jewellery) and a formal procurement service for businesses. By using this website, you agree to the terms below.

2. Use of This Site

You must be at least 18 years old — or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian — to place orders or create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering or checking out, and to keep that information up to date.

You may not use this site for any unlawful purpose, to submit false or misleading information, or to interfere with the operation of the platform.

3. Orders and Payments

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) by default. If you select an alternative currency at checkout, the displayed amount is a real-time estimate based on prevailing exchange rates and may differ slightly from the amount your bank or payment provider charges. USD is always the settlement currency.

We accept Stripe (card payments), PayPal, bank transfer, and WhatsApp-confirmed orders. Payment must be completed before goods are dispatched, except for bank transfer orders which are held for up to 72 hours pending receipt of funds.

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

4. Procurement Orders

Procurement quote requests submitted via the procurement portal are not binding orders. They initiate a sourcing inquiry. A formal, signed procurement agreement will be issued before any procurement order is confirmed. Lead times vary significantly by product category, supplier location, and destination country. Estimated timelines are provided in the signed agreement.

Procurement orders are governed primarily by the terms of the signed agreement. Where that agreement is silent, these Terms of Service apply.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates and are not contractual guarantees. Actual delivery depends on carrier capacity, customs processing, and factors outside our control. We will not be liable for delays caused by customs or international carriers.

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by the destination country are the buyer's responsibility unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing at the time of purchase.

6. Cancellations

You may cancel an order before it has been dispatched by contacting us at hello@jenggashopping.com or via WhatsApp with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, the returns and refunds policy applies.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jengga Shopping shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of this site or your orders. Our total liability for any claim arising from a specific order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.

We are not liable for delays, losses, or damage caused by third-party carriers, customs authorities, or events outside our reasonable control (including natural disasters, strikes, or government actions).

8. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. If you suspect unauthorised use of your account, notify us immediately at hello@jenggashopping.com. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access where you failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
