Returns & Refunds

Return Window

You have 7 days from the confirmed delivery date to request a return for eligible consumer store items. Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted except in the case of damaged or incorrect items (see below).

Eligible items must be:

  • Beauty & Hair: unused and unopened, in original sealed packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened beauty products cannot be returned.
  • Jewellery: undamaged, unworn, with original packaging and any tags attached.
  • Winter wear & clothing: unworn, unaltered, and with original tags attached.

How to Start a Return

Contact us within the 7-day window at hello@jenggashopping.com or via WhatsApp with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Your reason for the return
  • A photo of the item in its current condition

Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and, if approved, a return authorisation reference.

Return Shipping Costs

Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect (see Damaged or Wrong Items below). We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Card refunds may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance at the time of purchase
  • Opened or used beauty, skincare, or hair care products (hygiene policy)
  • Custom-ordered or made-to-order items
  • Digital products or downloadable content

Procurement Orders

Returns for procurement orders sourced through the Jengga Shopping procurement portal are not governed by this consumer returns policy. They are handled on a case-by-case basis as defined in the signed procurement agreement between Jengga Shopping and the buyer. If you have a dispute relating to a procurement order, refer to the dispute resolution clause in your signed agreement.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@jenggashopping.com with clear photographs of the item and its packaging. We will offer a full refund or free replacement at our discretion. Return shipping will be covered by us in these cases.
