We ship worldwide. Delivery is available to most countries across Africa, the Middle East, Europe, Asia, North America, and beyond. Some remote locations may have longer lead times or additional courier surcharges — contact us before ordering if you are unsure.
Delivery times vary by destination. Within Africa and the Middle East, orders typically arrive within 5–14 business days. Europe and North America: 7–21 business days. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout. These are estimates and are not guaranteed — customs clearance can add additional time.
We accept card payments via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, international bank transfer, and WhatsApp-confirmed manual payments. All prices are charged in USD. If you select another currency at checkout, it is converted at the prevailing exchange rate.
Yes. Visit the Track My Order page and enter your order number. You can see real-time status updates. For full order details, you'll need to verify your identity with a one-time code sent to your email or phone. Logged-in account holders see their full order history automatically.
Orders can be amended or cancelled before dispatch. Contact us as quickly as possible at hello@jenggashopping.com or via WhatsApp with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled — please refer to our Returns & Refunds policy.
Yes. We have a 7-day return window from the date of delivery for most items. Unused, unopened beauty products and undamaged jewellery and winterwear are eligible. Contact hello@jenggashopping.com with your order number and reason. See our full Returns & Refunds policy for details.
Procurement
Almost anything — beauty products, hair extensions, fashion, jewellery, electronics accessories, home goods, and more. If it can be manufactured or traded internationally, we can source it. Submit a quote request and our team will assess feasibility within 24 hours.
Submit your requirements using the Quote Request form on the Procurement page. Our team will review your request and respond within 24 hours with preliminary feasibility. If viable, we'll provide a formal written quote including per-unit pricing, MOQ, lead time, and shipping costs. On acceptance, a signed procurement agreement is issued before any work begins.
Minimum order quantities (MOQs) vary by product and supplier. Some products have an MOQ of as low as 50 units; others require 500 or more. We will always confirm the MOQ in your quote so there are no surprises.
We aim to respond to all quote requests within 24 hours on business days. Complex or unusual sourcing requests may take up to 48 hours for a preliminary response.
Yes. Every procurement order begins with a formal, written procurement agreement signed by both parties before any payment or production starts. This agreement outlines the product specification, price, lead time, payment schedule, and dispute process.
The signed procurement agreement specifies quality standards and inspection criteria. If goods arrive significantly not-to-spec, you are entitled to a replacement shipment, partial refund, or full refund depending on the nature of the discrepancy. Contact us with photographic evidence within 48 hours of receiving the goods.

No. You can place an order as a guest by entering your name, email, and shipping address at checkout. Creating an account lets you view your order history, save shipping addresses, and leave product reviews.
Visit the Track My Order page and enter your order number. For basic shipment status you don't need to verify. For full order details (items, amounts, address), you'll be asked to verify via a one-time code sent to the email or phone number associated with your order.
On the login page, click 'Forgot password?' and enter your email address. You'll receive a password reset link within a few minutes. If you don't see it, check your spam folder. If you still have trouble, email us at hello@jenggashopping.com.
Email hello@jenggashopping.com from the address associated with your account and request deletion. We will delete your account and personal profile data within 7 business days. Completed order records may be retained for legal compliance as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
